  • Leave in fridge or freeze overnight
  • Start at the centre of your jaw, rolling the tools towards your hairline
  • Work your way up your face, section by section, paying extra attention around your eye area
  • Hold the tools on your eye area for 15-20 seconds to help depuff
  • Repeat each step 10-20 times for best results
