How To Use
Prepare Your Skin
Start with clean, dry skin and apply body oil or lotion for smooth gliding.
Use Gentle Pressure
Hold the Gua Sha tool at a slight angle and apply light to medium pressure.
Neck & Shoulders
Sweep downward to release tension.
Arms & Legs
Use upward strokes to promote circulation.
Back & Hips
Apply deeper pressure to soothe sore muscles.
Abdomen
Move in gentle, circular motions to support digestion.
Repeat Each Motion 3-5 Times
Focus on each area with slow, intentional movements.
Wipe After Use
Gently wipe off product residue with a damp cloth after each use.
Wash Weekly
Use mild soap and warm water to wash your Gua Sha once a week.
Disinfect Occasionally
Spritz with rubbing alcohol or witch hazel to disinfect every so often.
Dry & Store
Pat dry with a clean towel and store in a dry, clean place.
