Terms All web orders are shipped prepaid. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Shipping and handling will be added to your order at checkout. Canadian orders over $200 will processed with free shipping. US orders over $250 will be processed with free shipping. International orders will be charged shipping all orders. Significant orders, over $1500, should be phoned in directly to our client care group at 1.888.481.8446 Backorder policy Only web orders greater than six (6) will be kept on backorder, we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Should you still want to purchase our products, please reorder at that time. Returns All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Abundance will not credit your account unless the authorization number is received. Partially used products will not be credited. Specifically, opened packages of cotton tips and chewing sticks cannot be returned for credit. Damages We take special care in the way that we package our products. We use reliable and efficient carriers to deliver our products to our valuable customers. If for any reason your product is damaged when received, please contact our office with the details and we will make every effort to correct the problem. If possible, please take a picture of your order and email it to weborder@abundancenaturally.com Expired product we will not accept a return for product that is due to expire with one year. |
